Do i have a body, or am i a body?
Will I one day be a body that I am not today?
Is a body behind a computer screen still a body?
How do I touch a virtual body?
Is my skin a borderland?
When cats cough up a hairball, do they feel like me when I can’t say something?
Do I feel like them?
And the hairball, what does it have to say in all this?
How old is this idea of learning through suffering?
Or learning to suffer?
It perhaps a catholic legacy?
Is university prepared for motherhood?
What would it be like to look after one another as a network at university?
Why did I not speak, ask, or question any teacher for so many years?
What is the meaning of all these words about the body?
Does asking bring me closer to the answers?

I plunge into the mystery of the body, to uncover its wisdom, to place it at the service of the emerging, of exchange and of change;

Methodology

To accept methodological dialogism. To acknowledge the inseparability of theory and practice. To observe how theoretical reflection leads me to the need of praxis, and how praxis leads me back to theory. Whoever seeks to reduce corporeal praxis to the terms of verbal discourse runs the risk of distorting both.

“For every little part of the body, covered up, another photograph. My feet cannot break the promise of stillness. The body has given its word to let itself be wrapped up. The mixture of flour and water is cooling down. It looked like a costume, a mask of half-revealing, of peeking, of half-hiding. Yet I feel colder, I see less, and my body feels heavier. The chill grows stronger, and so does the doubt. New questions arise.”

Results

Theoretical reflection leads me to praxis, and praxis leads me back to theory.

What follows is not a static curriculum vitae; it is the material vector of my research. The fruit of traversing the body, time, and latitudes.
